Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to send you the messages you asked for.
Who we are
Golden Valley Pack-n-Ship is a mailbox rental, packing and shipping store operated by Golden Valley Shipping Solutions, Inc. at 5373 US Hwy 68 Ste D, Golden Valley, AZ 86413. This policy covers our text message service, described in our text message terms.
What we collect
- Your name and mailbox number.
- The mobile number you give us for texts.
- A record of your consent: the date and time, whether you agreed at the counter or on our paper form, the exact wording you agreed to, and the staff member who recorded it.
- A record of any request to stop, kept the same way.
- A record of the texts we send you and of replies such as STOP or HELP.
How we use it
- To text you about your own mailbox and packages you drop off: package arrival notices, drop-off receipts, storage-fee reminders and mailbox renewal reminders.
- To send a one-time confirmation when you sign up, and to answer HELP and STOP.
- To show, if a carrier or regulator asks, that you agreed to receive these messages.
We do not send advertising or promotional texts, and we do not use your number for anything else.
Who sees it
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent it to anyone.
- Your number and the message text pass through our text-messaging provider and the mobile carriers, only so the message can be delivered.
- We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with how many packages you receive and with your mailbox account. We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Your choices
- Stop: reply STOP to any text, tell us at the counter, call 928-565-2525, or email info@gvpacknship.com. We stop at once and keep only the record that you opted out.
- Help: reply HELP to any text, or call 928-565-2525.
- See, correct or remove what we hold: ask at the counter or email info@gvpacknship.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your mobile number while you are signed up. We keep the record of your consent and of any opt-out for as long as you are a customer and for four years afterwards, because carriers can ask us to prove consent.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
